Abstract:Med slovenskimi in tujimi podjetji lahko pogosto zasledimo veliko razliko v stopnji njihove organizacijske zrelosti in organiziranosti. Številna slovenska podjetja imajo tako precejšnje možnosti izboljšanja na področju organiziranosti. Med tovrstna podjetja lahko uvrstimo tudi podjetje Uniforest d.o.o., ki večino svojih produktov izvaža v tujino. Izvozno naravnana podjetja so pod stalnim pritiskom doseganja dobavnih rokov. Samo ob učinkovitih proizvodnih procesih in uspešnem vodenju lahko slovenska podjetja konkurirajo in preživijo na tujem trgu. V magistrski nalogi bomo preučili podjetje Uniforest d.o.o., optimizirali proces montaže gozdarskih vitel in na podlagi montažnih operacij določili optimalno razmestitev delovnih mest. Magistrsko delo bo obsegalo tudi aktivacijski načrt celotnega projekta z opredeljenim časovnim načrtom in ekonomiko projekta. Glavni cilj naloge je z realnimi podatki ovrednotiti montažno linijo in podati predlog nove razmestitve delovnih mest. Podjetje bo pridobljene podatke lahko uporabilo za norme, ki jih sedaj ni.

Title:Optimization and layout planning of work equipment in the company uniforest d.o.o.
Abstract:There is often a big difference between Slovenian and foreign enterprises in the level of their organization and organizational maturity. Numerous Slovenian companies thus have significant opportunities for improvement in the field of organization. Among such companies we can also include company Uniforest d.o.o., which exports most of its products abroad. Export-oriented firms are under constant pressure to meet delivery deadlines. Only with efficient production processes and successful management can Slovenian companies compete and survive in foreign markets. In this master's dissertation, we will study company Uniforest d.o.o., optimize the process of assembling forestry winches and – based on assembly operations – determine the optimal placement of human resources. This master's thesis will also include an activation plan for the entire project with a defined schedule and economics of the project. The main goal is to evaluate the assembly line with concrete data and propose a new layout of human resources. The company will be able to use the obtained data to develop performance indicators that do not currently exist.
