Abstract:Diplomsko delo predstavlja tematiko, ki v trenutnem času močno vpliva na konkurenčnost proizvodnih podjetij po vsem svetu. Naloga je v grobem sestavljena iz dveh delov. Prvi del se začne z uvodom in predstavitvijo podjetja Riedl CNC d. o. o., sledijo mu teoretične osnove na podlagi načrtovanja in vodenja proizvodnje ter pomenu komunikacije v proizvodnji. V drugem delu sem se osredotočil na trenutno stanje v podjetju Riedl CNC d. o. o. in analizo celotnega proizvodnega procesa. V analizi je opisan postopek načrtovanja procesa proizvodnje, opisan je celoten postopek od prejetja naročila izdelka do odpreme izdelka h kupcu, sledi proces vodenja proizvodnje z lansiranjem in nadzorom nad proizvodnjo, opis ERP-sistema, ki ga trenutno le v delni obliki uporabljajo, izvajanje dela službe zagotavljanja kakovosti v podjetju in predstavitvijo merilne opreme, ki jo uporabljajo. Opisan je tudi trenuten potek komunikacije v podjetju in možnosti izboljšave na področju komunikacije. Na koncu pred zaključkom pa so našteti in opisani še predlogi izboljšav na področju načrtovanja in vodenja proizvodnje v podjetju.

Title:Analysis of production managing in Riedl CNC d. o. o.
Abstract:The bachelor’s thesis discusses the topic which has, in recent times, had a strong impact on the competitiveness of manufacturing companies around the world. The thesis is roughly divided into two parts. The first part begins with the introduction and presentation of Riedl CNC d.o.o., followed by theoretical foundations based on the planning and management of production and the importance of communication in production. In the second part, I focus on the current situation in Riedl CNC d.o.o. and present an analysis of the entire production process. The analysis describes the process of planning the production process, i.e. the entire process from receiving product order to shipping the product to the customer, followed by the production management process with launching and production control, the description of the ERP system (currently only partially used), quality assurance in the company and presentation of the measuring equipment they use. The current course of communication in the company and possibilities for improvement of communication are also described. Finally, I provide suggestions for improvements as regards planning and production management in the company.
