Abstract:V sodelovanju s podjetjem Aluminium Kety Emmi d. o. o. je bila z metodo končnih elementov analizirana nosilnost tečaja za bolniške postelje, ter izvedena primerjava predhodnega in izboljšanega tečaja. Z računalniškimi simulacijami, je bilo mogoče določiti kot naslonjala, pri katerem je bil tečaj najbolj obremenjen in pa dokazati, da lahko izboljšan tečaj prenese večje obremenitve kot predhodni. Prav tako je bilo mogoče v primeru izboljšanega tečaja uporabiti material z nižjimi trdnostnimi lastnostmi, saj je izboljšan tečaj prenašal višje obremenitve od zahtevanih.

Title:Strengh analysis of the hinge for hospital beds
Abstract:In collaboration with Aluminium Kety Emmi d. o. o. the load-bearing capacity of the hinge for hospital beds was analysed with the finite element method, and a comparison of the previous and improved hinge was performed. With the computer simulations, it was possible to determine the angle of the backrest, at which the hinge was subjected to the highest loads and to prove that the improved hinge can withstand higher loads than the previous one. It was also possible to use a material with lower strength properties in the case of the improved hinge, as it withstood higher loads than required.
