Title:Vsebine državljanske in domovinske vzgoje pri pouku spoznavanja okolja

Abstract:V magistrskem delu z naslovom Vsebine državljanske in domovinske vzgoje pri pouku spoznavanja okolja sta opredeljena pojma državljanska in domovinska vzgoja, natančneje pa je prikazano njuno vključevanje v pouk pri predmetu spoznavanje okolja. Ta je vsebovan v predmetniku rednega programa slovenske devetletne osnovne šole in se izvaja v prvem, drugem in tretjem razredu. V teoretičnem delu naloge je opisano razumevanje državljanske vzgoje v posameznih zgodovinskih obdobjih in njeno vključevanje v pouk. Poleg tega je predstavljena vključenost vsebin državljanske in domovinske vzgoje v učnem načrtu za predmet spoznavanje okolja ter v učbenikih, delovnih učbenikih in delovnih zvezkih. V delu je opisana tudi vključenost vsebin s področja državljanske in domovinske vzgoje v učnem načrtu za predmet spoznavanje narave in družbe, ki se je v Sloveniji izvajal od leta 1957. Skladno s tem so analizirani učbeniki, delovni učbeniki in delovni zvezki. Na koncu teoretičnega dela je učni načrt za spoznavanje okolja primerjan z učnim načrtom vsebinsko podobnega predmeta iz Republike Avstrije. V empiričnem delu so na osnovi raziskave prikazani rezultati vključenosti vsebin domovinske in državljanske vzgoje pri pouku spoznavanja okolja, poleg tega pa tudi rezultati stališč učiteljev razrednega pouka do državljanske in domovinske vzgoje ter njenega vključevanja v pouk. Z raziskavo je dokazano, da so vsebine državljanske in domovinske vzgoje premalo vključene v pouk, čeprav so izrednega pomena za razvoj človekove ljubezni do domovine.

Title:The contents of civic and patriotic education in the Primary School Subject Environmental Studies
Abstract:In my master degree entitled »The contents of civic and patriotic education in Primary School« I try to clarify two concepts : civic and patriotic education, as well as their implementation in the subject of Environmental Studies as included in the curriculum of the Slovene Primary School taught in the first, second and third form. The theoretical part researches civic education as a school subject through different historical periods, its contents in the subject of Environmental studies (in student's books, Workbooks). Moreover, these concepts have been parts of the subject »Social and Environmental Studies« since 1957. Finally, the Slovene curriculum is compared to the similar one of Austria. The empiric part shows the results the contents achieve in the teaching process, the viewpoints the teachers have regarding the subject and the teaching process. The present research shows that the contents of the civic and patriotic education are poorly implemented in the subjects. Yet, it should not be so since they are crucial in the development of our patriotic feelings.
