Abstract:
Starost mladostnikov, ki se odločijo za prvi spolni odnos, se z leti niža, kar ob nepravilni informiranosti s seboj prinese spolno prenosljive bolezni in neželene nosečnosti. Da bi to preprečili, je pomembno, da se mladostnike o tveganem spolnem življenju informira in da se jim poda zanesljive, preverjene in relevantne informacije o varni spolnosti. V prvi vrsti je to naloga zdravstvenih delavcev in študentov zdravstvene nege, ki morajo za uspešno promocijo varne spolnosti imeti ustrezno znanje.

Title:
Nursing Students' Knowledge about Safe Sex Practice and Its Promotion
Abstract:
Age of adolescents, that decide for first sexual intercourse has been decreasing over the years. This may lead to sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies in case of disinformation. To prevent cases like this, it is important to inform adolescents of a risky sex life and provide them with reliable, verified and relevant information about safe sex practice. This is, foremost, the job of nurses and nursing students, who must possess adequate knowledge in order to successfully promote safe sex practice.
