Abstract:	Namen diplomske naloge je bil ugotoviti, ali zaposleni v Splošni bolnišnici Izola menijo, da imajo na voljo dovolj strokovnih znanj za obvladovanje nasilnih pacientov, obenem pa nas je zanimala tudi prevalenca nasilja nad zaposlenimi zdravstvenimi delavci.

Abstract:	The purpose of the thesis was to determine whether the employees of the General Hospital Izola believe that they have enough knowledge to deal with violent patients, and at the same time we were also interested in the prevalence of violence against health workers.
