Abstract:
Prometna signalizacija je ključna za varno, nemoteno ter jasno odvijanje cestnega prometa. Ustrezati mora veljavnim standardom in pravilnikom, prav tako mora biti primerno postavljena in vzdrževana. S svojo obliko in vsebino opozarja uporabnike cest na nevarnosti, omejitve, prepovedi in obveznosti ter daje potrebna obvestila za varen in neoviran promet, zato ne gre zanemariti njenih kakovostnih lastnosti. V magistrskem delu so predstavljene zahteve in pravila, ki se nanašajo na postavitev in kakovost prometnih znakov. Opisana je ena ključnih lastnosti prometnih znakov, to je njihova svetlobna odsevnost. Ta lastnost pride do izraza še posebej pri slabši vidljivosti oziroma pri zahtevnejših vremenskih pogojih. V sklopu magistrskega dela je izdelana analiza kakovosti vertikalne signalizacije, postavljene na občinskih cestah v občini Pesnica. Podani so predlogi ukrepov za odpravo pomanjkljivosti in za izboljšanje stanja postavljene signalizacije. Prav tako je izdelan lokacijski prikaz neustreznih prometnih znakov

Title:
Road signs reflectivity on public roads in the municipality of Pesnica
Abstract:
Traffic signalisation is crucial for the safe, uninterrupted and clear flow of road traffic. It must comply with the applicable standards and regulations and it must be properly installed and maintained. Its form and content warns road users of dangers, restrictions, prohibitions and obligations, and give the necessary information for safe and unhindered traffic. Therefore, the quality of its features should not be neglected. This master's thesis presents the requirements and rules that regulate the installation and quality of traffic signs. It describes one of the key properties of traffic signs, that is their light reflectivity. This feature is paramount, especially in poor visibility or in more demanding weather conditions. As part of the master's thesis, an analysis of the quality of vertical signalization installed on municipal roads in the municipality of Pesnica has been made. The thesis presents proposals for measures to eliminate deficiencies and to improve the condition of the installed signalization and includes a location display of inappropriate traffic signs, which has been made for the purposes of this thesis.
