Title:Planiranje gradnje lesenih prefabriciranih montažnih hiš s pomočjo 4D informacijskih modelov

Abstract:V magistrskem delu je predstavljeno planiranje gradnje lesene montažne hiše s pomočjo 4D informacijskega modeliranja v programski opremi Vico Office. Opisali smo teoretične osnove terminskega planiranja ter informacijskega modeliranja objektov. Opisali smo tudi preostale dimenzije BIM tehnologije ter stopnje razvitosti modela. Poglavje smo namenili priporočilom, kako naj se izdelave terminskega plana s pomočjo informacijskega modela zaposleni lotevajo v prihodnje. Teoretični del magistrske naloge smo zaključili s kratko predstavitvijo uporabljenih programov. Osrednji del magistrske naloge predstavlja izdelavo 3D in 4D informacijskega modela individualne lesene montažne hiše. 3D informacijski model smo izdelali v programu ArchiCAD, izvedbo 4D informacijskega modela pa smo zaključili v programu Trimble Vico Office. Na podlagi informacijskega modela stavbe smo izdelali terminski plan, s čimer smo natančno definirali časovni potek aktivnosti montažnih in podizvajalskih del. V zaključku smo predstavili ugotovitve o prednostih, ki jih sodobno informacijsko modeliranje prinaša na področje vodenja projektov lesenih prefabriciranih montažnih hiš.

Title:Construction scheduling for wooden prefabricated houses using 4D building information models
Abstract:The Master’s thesis discusses the construction scheduling for wooden prefabricated houses using 4D building information modelling in the Vico Office software. It describes not only theoretical bases of scheduling and information modelling of structures but also other dimensions of BIM technology and maturity levels. One chapter focuses on recommendations to deal with scheduling by means of building information model in the future. Furthermore, the theoretical part is concluded by a short presentation of used programmes, while the central part of the Master’s thesis focuses on creation of the 3D and 4D information model of the individual prefabricated timber building. 3D information model was performed in ArchiCAD programme, whereas 4D information model was completed in Trimble Vico Office programme. Based on the building information model, the scheduling was introduced in order to define the scheduling of prefabrication and subcontracting activities precisely. Finally, the conclusion studies the findings of the benefits that the modern information modelling brings into the area of project management in prefabricated wooden buildings.
