Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi je bila glavna tema izdelava nove elektro omare na že obstoječo konstrukcijo za stiskanje grozdja oz. sadja. Ker je največja problematika v kmetijstvu po hitrem in kvalitetnem spravilu pridelka, smo se odločili, da staro stiskalnico avtomatiziramo in s tem omogočimo boljši nadzor in vodenje procesa stiskanja grozdja. Obnove in izdelave nove elektro omare smo se lotili tako, da smo preučili mehansko delovanje stiskalnice in delovanje starejše električne omare, ki jo bo nadomestila nova. V diplomski nalogi so opisane komponente, ki smo jih uporabili pri izdelavi projekta. Za industrijski krmilnik, ki smo ga uporabili, smo napisali program in narisali načrt nove krmilne omare.

Title:
Renovation and automation of grape press
Abstract:
In the bachelor’s thesis, the main topic was to produce a new fuse box on the already existing construction of a grape/fruit press. Because the biggest issues in agriculture are fast and qualitative harvest, we decided to automatize the old press and, thus, enable better control and management of the grape pressing process. We engaged in the restoration and the production of the new fuse box so that we studied the mechanical operations of the press and the operations of the old fuse box which would be supplemented by the new one. In the bachelor’s thesis, the components which we used in the production of the project are described. For the industrial controller we used, a program was written and plans of a new controlling box were drawn.
