Abstract:
Celovita programska rešitev je skupek povezanih posameznih programskih rešitev, ki jih podjetje potrebuje za celovito informacijsko podporo za opravljanje ključnih procesov. Na našem trgu je veliko podjetij, ki se ukvarjajo z različnimi dejavnostmi (prodaja, proizvodnja, storitve itd.), zato se neprestano razvijajo tudi nove celovite programske rešitve oziroma se nadgrajujejo in izboljšujejo že obstoječe. Celovita programska rešitev je dandanes nujna za poslovanje vsakega podjetja, in če le ta ni ustrezna ali ne zadovoljuje potreb podjetja, lahko podjetje zaradi tega izgublja čas in denar. Zato lahko predvidimo, da sta izbor in implementacija primerne celovite programske rešitve za podjetje izrednega pomena. Implementacija se začne že z izborom ustrezne rešitve, pri kateri pa morajo biti zadovoljena vsa pomembna merila, kot so cena, ustreznost, prilagodljivost, enostavnost uporabe in možnost oddaljene pomoči uporabnikom. V diplomskem delu analiziramo implementacijo celovite programske rešitve VASCO v manjše družinsko podjetje, ki se primarno ukvarja z izdelavo končnih izdelkov po naročilu. V nalogi najprej predstavimo teoretične osnove o celovitih programskih rešitvah, analiziramo obstoječe stanje v podjetju, potek implementacije rešitve od začetne faze izbora do uspešne uvedbe, ključne dejavnike pri implementaciji ter možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:
Implementation of the complete software solution in the company x
Abstract:
An enterprise resources planning solution is a set of related individual software solutions that a company needs for a complete information support for preforming key processes. There are many different companies in our market that are engaged in various activities (sales, production, services, etc.), so new comprehensive software solutions are constantly being developed or existing ones are being upgraded and improved. A comprehensive software solution is nowadays indispensable for the business of any company, and if it is not appropriate or does not meet the needs of the company, the company may lose time and money as a result. From which we can assume that the selection and implementation of a suitable comprehensive software solution for the company is of utmost importance. The implementation begins with the choice of a suitable solution, which must satisfy all the important criteria, such as price, suitability, flexibility, ease of use and the possibility of remote assistance to users. In the diploma work we present the implementation of a comprehensive VASCO software solution in a small family business, which is primarily engaged in the production of custom-made finished products. In the assignment we present you the theoretical basics of complete software solutions, we analyses existing situation in the company, the course of implementation of the solution from the initial selection phase to successful implementation, a key factors in the implementation, and opportunities for further development.
