Rezultati: Predstavili smo preliminarno strukturo vodene razprave v obliki protokola vodene razprave, sledilo je poglavje o preverjanju ustreznosti preliminarne strukture in nato izboljšana in končna struktura vodene razprave.

Title:Structuring debriefing for emergency medical services
Abstract:Introduction: Debriefing in the work process enables a reflection of the work that has been done. It’s striving for constant improvement of the work, knowledge, recognition of mistakes, and thus the progress of both the individual and the team, while also acting as a psychological relief. The purpose of the master's thesis was to structure debriefing for emergency medical services (EMS). Methods: We structured debriefing for EMS, developed a debriefing protocol, verified its appropriateness, and then applied debriefing structure to clinical environment. Results: We presented the preliminary structure of debriefing in the form of a debriefing protocol, followed by a section on checking the relevance of the preliminary structure and then an improved and final structure of debriefing. This was followed by the use of structured debriefing in the clinical environment, its analysis and suggestions for improvements. Discussion and conclusion: It has been found that structured debriefing enables participants to systematically analyze work performed, thought processes and emotional status after the intervention. The aim of debriefing is improving the team’s performance in the future interventions and relieving an individual's stress response to more demanding interventions while helping to identify deficit in work.
Keywords:structure, simulation, debriefing, debriefing protocol, verification, emergency medical services.
