Abstract:Modernizacija in tehnološki napredek so stadione precej spremenili.

Title:Stadium beneath Pohorje
Abstract:Modernization and technological progress have significantly changed stadiums. In a wide range of football stadiums, there are some good ones, many stadiums are banal and, in the worst case, inhumane. Although football is the most popular sport in the world and football stadiums are still full, the question arises whether this is still their primary purpose. They often look like a foreign matter in the space, as a result of a bad placement in the space or the disregard of the aesthetic compositions. In the task we focus on the cultural origin of the place and the surrounding area, the basic architectural elements and the collective subconscious of the people, and through careful planning combine and strive to reach the level of an object that excites archetypes in people, increases and stimulates sensuality and attitude towards the facility and provides a better experience at visiting football matches. The task focuses on the search of a concept that would allow the building and space to be empowered at the time of construction and, despite its modern design, would be tuned into the surrounding area.
Keywords:football stadium, sports facility, sensual architecture, archetypes, sustainable architecture
