Abstract:
Naloga opisuje proces skladiščenja in odpreme proizvodov v podjetju FIBRAN d.o.o. Na osnovi analize stanja je predmet naloge preverba potencialnih prihrankov na času skladiščnih operacij in zmanjšanju števila napak med koraki v procesu, če bi se podjetje odločilo za drugačen način označevanja proizvodov in vodenja procesov. Trenutno vodenje skladiščnega poslovanja gotovih izdelkov poteka na osnovi označevanja artiklov s tehnologijo črtne kode, ki je podprta s programsko opremo WMS, za kreiranje carinskih dokumentov pa skrbi program PIS. V trenutnih operacijah je veliko delovnih faz, kjer je dopuščena možnost ročnega vnosa podatkov in je zaradi ročnih delovnih operacij skladiščnikom dopuščena možnost napak, ki se pojavijo ob začetku logistične verige, na dan pa pridejo šele na koncu ob odpremi palet; to povzroča časovne zamude v vsakdanjih procesih, napake pri vodenju količine zalog in odstopanja pri inventuri. Cilj te naloge je preverba poteka delovnih procesov skladiščenja gotovih izdelkov in odpreme le-teh, če bi se podjetje v prihodnje odločilo za uvedbo RFID tehnologije. Označevanje izdelkov z RFID čipi namreč skoraj popolnoma eliminira ročni vnos in delovne operacije skladiščnikov se v veliki meri reducirajo le na transport gotovih izdelkov iz proizvodnje do skladišča in nato iz skladišča do odpreme, v zaledju pa za ažurnost in pravilno izvedbo procesov skrbi programski sistem. Naš cilj v tej nalogi je pokazati, katere tehnične korake je treba izvesti, da bi izkoristili ves potencial prihrankov na času delovnih operacij v skladišču gotovih izdelkov in pri odpremi. Predstavili bomo tudi prihranke pri odpremi referenčnega tovornjaka, iz katerih se lahko ekstrapolirajo prihranki v daljšem časovnem obdobju in s tem izračuna upravičenost morebitne investicije v tehnologijo RFID.

Title:
Implementation of rfid technology in company fibran d.o.o.
Abstract:
The Thesis describes the process of storing and shipping products at FIBRAN d.o.o. Based on the analysis of the present situation, the object of this work is to check the potential savings on the time of storage operations, should the company decide on a different way of labelling the products than is currently implemented. Currently, the warehouse operations of finished products are managed on the basis of the bar code labelling, a process supported by the WMS platform. Documents are being prepared by other software - PIS. Presently there are many work operations, where manual data entry is required and errors due to manual warehousing operations are possible and frequent. The objective of this task is to verify the flow of warehousing and shipping workflows if a company chooses to label their products with RFID chips. Namely, the labelling of products with RFID chips almost completely eliminates manual data entry, and warehouse work operations are largely reduced to transporting finished products from production to storage and forward to a dispatch transportation vehicle. Preparation of documents, keeping records of the warehouse, etc. could continue to run through WMS IT support. Our aim with this document is to show which technical steps need to be taken, in order to utilize all savings potential on the time of working operations in the warehouse for storage and shipping. The savings will be presented on the reference truck shipment example. From there on, savings can be extrapolated over larger quantity or period, in order to calculate the economic viability of potential future investment in new product labelling technology.
