Title:Ocena zdravstvenega stanja pacienta za izvajalce zdravstvene nege

Abstract:Teoretično izhodišče: Ocena zdravstvenega stanja predstavlja temelj zdravstvene nege in predstavlja ključni element procesa zdravstvene nege v zdravstvenih ustanovah. V zaključnem delu smo želeli raziskali značilnosti izvedbe ocene zdravstvenega stanja pacienta v kliničnem okolju s strani izvajalcev zdravstvene nege. Raziskovalna metodologija in metode: Izveden je bil sistematičen pregled literature v knjigah in podatkovnih bazah ScienceDirect, PubMed, SAGE, Web of Science, CINAHL in Google Scholar. V pregled so bili vključeni članki glede na ustreznost vsebine, vrsto raziskav, polno dostopnost in jezik. Za prikaz poteka sistematičnega pregleda literature je bil uporabljen diagram PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Za oceno kakovosti člankov smo uporabili orodje Joanna Briggs Institute (2019). Zbrani podatki so bili sintetizirani z metodo analize vsebine. Rezultati: Značilnosti izvajanja ocene zdravstvenega stanja v kliničnem okolju se nanašajo na tehnike oziroma metode izvedbe ocene zdravstvenega stanja, znanje in usposobljenost, izvajanje ocene v klinični praksi, izobraževanje, timsko delo – sodelovanje, ovire in izid zdravljenja pacienta. Razprava in sklep: S sistematično oceno zdravstvenega stanja lahko bistveno pripomoremo k kakovostnejši in varnejši obravnavi pacienta. Medicinske sestre so dovolj kompetentne, da izvajajo oceno zdravstvenega stanja ampak je potrebno izvesti sistemske ukrepe tako na organizacijskem področju zdravstvenih ustanov, kot pri izobraževanju medicinskih sester in s tem povečati vlogo ocene zdravstvenega stanja, podane s strani izvajalcev zdravstvene nege v kliničnem okolju.

Title:Patient`s health assessement for nursing care providers
Abstract:Theoretical background: Health assessment represents the foundation of health care and at the same time is the key element of health care process in health facilities. In this graduation thesis we wanted to explore the features of health assessment at a patient in a clinical environment. Research methodology and methods: We performed a systematic review of literature in books and data bases, such as ScienceDirect, PubMed, SAGE, Web of Science, CINAHL and Google Scholar. The criteria of chosen literature was based on relevance of content, type of research, full accessibility and language. Diagram PRISMA was used to display the systematic review of literature. In order to assess the quality of articles, Joanna Briggs Institute (2019) tool was used. The data collected has been synthesized by content analysis method. Results: We have determined that the features of health assessment process in a clinical environment refer to techniques or methods of health care assessment performance, knowledge and competence, performance of assessment in clinical practice, education, team work – cooperation, obstacles and the outcome of the patient’s treatment. Discussion and conclusion: A systematical health assessment may considerably contribute to a better and safer treatment of a patient. Nurses have the competence to perform health assessment but it is important to implement systemic measures in the area of health institutes organization and education of nurses. That would increase the role of health assessment given by health care providers in a clinical environment.
