Title:Uvajanje segmentov industrije 4.0 in optimizacija proizvodnje v podjetju šeško : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi sta predstavljena uvajanje segmentov Industrije 4.0 in splošna optimizacija malega podjetja. Princip in ukrepi Industrije 4.0 se pogosteje uporabljajo na velikih podjetjih, prav tako ostali splošno znani prijemi optimizacije v proizvodnem strojništvu. Problem malih prilagodljivih podjetij, kot je Šeško, je oteženo napovedovanje naročil in planiranje zasedenosti kapacitet. Podjetje stremi k optimalni zapolnitvi kapacitet, vendar je ob vsakem nenadnem upadu ali povečanju naročil spreminjanje teh zahtevno. Takšna podjetja imajo zaradi aktivnosti, ki izdelkom ne dodajajo vrednosti, veliko izgub. V prvem delu naloge je prikazano, kako smo te dejavnosti odpravili ali zmanjšali z zbiranjem informacij o delu in planiranju s pomočjo integracije ene izmed prosto dostopnih spletnih aplikacij za vodenje proizvodnje. Na njej se vodijo vsi delovni nalogi, vzdrževanje strojev in drugi podatki, pomembni za kvalitetno delo. Podatki se s pomočjo vnašanja zaposlenih shranijo v podatkovno bazo, kjer se analizirajo in se do njih lahko kadarkoli dostopa. Digitalni zapis vseh naročil omogoči razbiranje trendov naročanja in lažje planiranje kapacitet. Oddelek za kakovost ima večji pregled nad celotnim podjetjem. Posledično se hitreje odkrijejo napake, ki se pravočasno odpravijo. Drugi del naloge prikazuje splošno optimizacijo podjetja z osnovnimi ukrepi, ki so prilagojeni podjetju. Podjetje nima detajlnega načrta svojih kapacitet in prostorov, zato smo v nalogi prikazali 3D model podjetja. Skonstruirani model podjetja bo omogočil učinkovito planiranje projektov, nadaljnji razvoj in določanje zasedenosti kapacitet delovnih operacij.

Title:Implementing industry 4.0 segments and manufacturing optimisation in the company šeško
Abstract:This master's thesis represents the implementation of Industry 4.0 segments and other general optimization steps for a small company. The principle and measures of Industry 4.0 are more commonly used by larger companies. The same is true for most of the other generally known optimization processes in production engineering. The problem with small flexible companies, such as Šeško, is the difficult order forecasting and capacity planning. The company is trying to optimize its capacity loads. However, every fall or increase in demand means losses because the company is not able to adapt in time. Companies like this have losses because of activities that do not add value to products. The first part of the thesis shows how to remove or at least decrease these losses by gathering production information and planning with an interactive website application. It is used for managing all the manufacturing processes, planning, production status, machine maintenance, and other important data necessary for quality work. All the data gathered by employee inputs are stored in a local database where it is analyzed and archived. The digital interpretation of all the orders and production is used for a better overview of the demands and easier capacity planning. In addition, the quality department also has a better overview of the company and solves problems faster. The second part of the thesis shows the implementation of general manufacturing optimization steps that are adapted and altered for the company size. The company does not have a detailed plan of the company layout with all the machines and resources. That is why we created a detailed 3D model of all the buildings and equipment. The company will be able to use it for easier positioning of new machines, production planning, and constant development and improvements.
