Title:Učinkovitost programa strnjene vadbe osnovnih odbojkarskih prvin v petem razredu osnovne šole

Abstract:Namen magistrskega dela je bil pripraviti, izvesti ter evalvirati program strnjene vadbe osnovnih tehničnih odbojkarskih elementov. Prav tako smo želeli preveriti in ovrednotiti teoretično ter praktično znanje učencev. V program smo vključili petnajst učencev petega razreda OŠ Muta, ki so predstavljali neodvisen in neslučajnostni vzorec. V magistrskem delu smo uporabili deskriptivno, kavzalno-eksperimentalno ter komparativno metodo pedagoškega raziskovanja. Pred izvedbo programa, takoj po izvedbi in tri mesece po izvedbi, smo preverili teoretično in praktično znanje zgornjega ter spodnjega odboja sodelujočih. Teoretično znanje smo preverili s pomočjo »Vprašalnika o teoretičnem poznavanju odbojkarskih prvin«, rezultate pa smo kasneje obdelali v programu SPSS s Friedmanovi preizkusom. Praktično znanje smo preverili s pomočjo oblikovanih kriterijev tehnične pravilnosti izvedbe zgornjega in spodnjega odboja, ki so nastali na podlagi teorije. Na podlagi le-teh smo določili, ali je merjenčevo praktično znanje dobro, srednje ali slabo. Predvidevali smo, da bodo rezultati takoj po strnjeni vadbi pokazali boljše teoretično kot tudi praktično znanje osnovnih odbojkarskih prvin, in da bodo učenci sposobni tudi igre 1 : 1, po treh mesecih pa bo znanje nekoliko upadlo, vendar bo še vedno višje, kot je bilo pred izvedbo programa. Rezultati so pokazali statistično značilno razliko med teoretičnim poznavanjem zgornjega in spodnjega odboja, pred in po izvedbi programa, rezultati so bili seveda boljši po sami izvedbi programa. Prav tako so merjenci napredovali tudi v praktični izvedbi zgornjega in spodnjega odboja. Po treh mesecih je teoretično in praktično znanje učencev nekoliko upadlo, vendar je bilo še vedno višje kot pred izvedbo programa. Presenetljivo se je ponekod nivo znanja, po treh mesecih, po izvedbi programa dvignil. Učenci tudi po zaključku strnjene vadbe še niso bili sposobni igre 1 : 1 , prav tako se v okviru programa nismo lotili učenja spodnjega servisa. Glede na sprotne analize in evalvacije izvedenih vadbenih enot smo podrobni program vadbe sprotno prilagajali, zato lahko rečemo, da je bil kljub temu, da nismo izvajali igre 1 : 1, uspešno izveden, saj smo uresničili zadane cilje. Usvajanje osnovnih tehničnih odbojkarskih elementov predstavlja za učence prvega in drugega vzgojno-izobraževalnega obdobja velik izziv. Za oblikovanje ustreznih gibalnih vzorcev je v tem starostnem obdobju treba nameniti vadbi teh elementov: najprej večji obseg strnjene vadbe, kasneje pa urjenje ter izpopolnjevanje naučenih vzorcev v rednih časovnih intervalih. Le tako bodo učenci osvojili osnovne tehnične elemente odbojkarske igre do te mere, da bodo lahko v višjih razredih osnovne šole svoje zanje nadgradili in sodelovali pri igri čez vrvico 3 : 3 ter mali odbojki.

Title:The efficiency of the programme of practising basic volleyball elements ina certain period of time in year 5 of primary school
Abstract:The goal of this paper was to prepare, execute and evaluate the programme of elementary exercises of technical volleyball elements in a certain period of time. At the same time, the aim was to check and evaluate the theoretical knowledge of the students. The programme involved 15 students of the fifth grade of the primary school Muta. They were selected using independent and non-random sampling. Descriptive, causal-experimental and comparative methods of pedagogical research were used in the paper. The participants’ practical and theoretical skills of overhead and forearm pass were checked before, immediately after and three months after the completion of the programme. The theoretical knowledge was tested using the questionnaire. Friedman’s test was used to analyse the results by means of SPSS. For testing practical skills, the criteria were formed based on the theoretical knowledge. They were then applied to determine the technical correctness of overhead and forearm passes and to establish whether the individual’s practical skills were good, average or below-average. We expected the theoretical and practical knowledge of the basic elements to be better immediately after practising, which would enable the pupils to play one on one. After three months, the competence was expected to decline compared to the period of time right after practising, but still be better compared to the beginning. The results showed statistically significant difference between understanding theoretical knowledge of overhead and forearm pass before and after practising. As expected, the results were better after practising. The pupils’ skills had improved as well. After three months, they lost some competence but were still better compared to the beginning of the training process. Surprisingly, with some pupils the overall competence was even better compared to the one immediately after the end of the programme. After the training, the pupils were not able to play one on one. During the programme they didn’t study the underhand serve. The lessons were analysed and evaluated so the programme of practising was updated regularly. It can be said that the programme was successfully performed, because our goals were achieved although we did not try playing one on one. Practising basic volleyball elements is a great challenge for students from the age of 6 to the age of 12. To achieve the adequate practice in this age range, it is necessary to spend more time practising these elements. Later, it is important to practise in certain time intervals and thus acquire the basic technical elements of the game of volleyball. In this way their skills in the upper classes of the primary school could be upgraded to the point which will enable them to play three on three and mini volleyball.
