Title:Prenova sistema identifikacije v prodajnem skladišču podjetja Štore Steel, d.o.o.

Abstract:Štore Steel, d. o. o., je ena izmed treh proizvajalk jekla v Sloveniji in deluje predvsem na trgu evropskih proizvajalcev avtomobilske industrije na segmentu komercialnih kot tudi osebnih vozil. Podjetje proizvaja vzmetna, inženirska (jekla za kovanje) in Exem jekla. V diplomskem delu je na začetku predstavljeno na kratko o podjetju Štore Steel, d. o. o. Teoretični del vsebuje teme o skladiščnem poslovanju, skladišču, črtni kodi in čitalnikih črtne kode. Obstoječe stanje prikazuje prodajno skladišče danega podjetja in prisotne skladiščne ter logistične procese, ki so potrebne za izvajanje uskladiščenja, manipuliranja in odpreme jeklenih vezi. Na podlagi analiziranja časovnih izgub pri skladiščnem poslovanju s pomočjo vzročno-posledičnega diagrama, procesne karte ter diagrama poteka aktivnosti pri odpremi jeklenih vezi smo lažje podali predloge rešitev. Glavni problem je zamudna izsledljivost gotovih izdelkov v prodajnem skladišču. Kot rešitev problema smo zaznali uporabo čitalnikov črtne kode, glede na to, da so črtne kode že izpisane na identifikacijskih listkih jeklenih vezi. Na ta način skrajšali čas iskanja uskladiščenih jeklenih vezi, namenjenih za odpremo, in prenovili sistem identifikacije, ki trenutno temelji na delu s papirno dokumentacijo in ročnem knjiženju zalog. Prav tako bi zmanjšali število napak pri odpremi jeklenih vezi in pri nadaljnji inventuri gotovih izdelkov ter povečali ažurnost knjiženja zalog ob odpremljanju.

Title:Renewal of identification system in the sales warehouse of the company Štore Steel
Abstract:Štore Steel, d. o. o. is one of the three steel producers in Slovenia and it operates primarily on the market of European automotive manufacturers in the segment of commercial and personal vehicles. The company produces spring, engineering (steel forging) and Exem steel. This diploma thesis consists of brief presentation of the company Štore Steel d. o. o. The theoretical part contains the topics of warehousing, warehouse, barcode and barcode readers. While the current situation shows the sales warehouse of the company and the presence of the warehouse and logistic processes that are necessary for carrying out the implementation of storage, manipulation and dispatch of steel bindings. Based on the analysis of time losses in warehousing operations with the help of a causal sequence diagram and showing the diagram of the process chart and the diagram of the activity taking place during the removal of steel bindings, we have made it easier to make suggestions for solutions. The main problem is the traceability of finished products in the sales warehouse. The solution of the problem presented in this thesis is in the technology of using readers along the already existing bar codes, which are on the identification link of steel bindings. In this way, warehouse workers would reduce the time required to search for stored steel binders for dispatch and replace the paper documentation system and manual posting of the inventory. It would also reduce errors in the removal of steel bindings and further inventory of finished products and increase the up-to-date flow of posting inventory upon dispatch.
