Abstract:
V magistrskem delu obravnavamo problematiko razdrobljenosti dokumentov in informacij pri izvajanju projekta spletne serije, ki je potekal v sodelovanju z gledališkim društvom in avdio-vizualno skupino. Rešitev vidimo v postavitvi spletne aplikacije, ki bi vsem deležnikom omogočal centraliziran dostop do vseh informacij, potrebnih za učinkovito delovanje. S spletno aplikacijo bi skrajšali pot do informacij in učinkoviteje izrabili čas. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu smo pisali o procesu izvedbe filmskega projekta. Za vsako fazo v projektu so opisani postopki, dokumenti in osebe, ki sodelujejo v tej fazi. Opisujemo tudi razliko med produkcijo filma in produkcijo spletne serije. V obstoječem stanju smo podrobno opisali potek snemanja spletne serije. Opisani so začetki projekta, težave, s katerimi so se srečevali odgovorni v projektu, kako so težave skušali reševati in kakšne so posledice omenjenih težav. V praktičnem delu opisujemo programska orodja, ki smo jih potrebovali pri razvoju programske rešitve. Razvita je bila baza podatkov, ki ustreza načrtovani programski rešitvi. Z žičnim diagramom je bilo prikazano osnovno ogrodje spletne aplikacije. Z orodjem za grafično obdelavo smo pripravili prototip spletne aplikacije, ki rešuje omenjene probleme v magistrskem delu. Vsak del prototipa smo podrobno opisali in uporabili dejanske podatke, uporabljene pri projektu. V zadnjem delu smo predstavili oceno učinkov, pogoje za uvedbo aplikacije ter pisali o možnosti nadaljnjega razvoja aplikacije.

Title:
Web solution for film-making projects support
Abstract:
This master’s thesis deals with the problem of fragmentation of documents and information in a web series project that was carried out in cooperation with a theatre and an audio-visual group. A proposed solution to this problem is setting up a web solution enabling all participating parties a centralised access to all information needed for effective functioning. A web-based application would result in a shorter path to information and a more effective use of time. Master’s thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part covers the implementation process of a movie project. Procedures, documents and participating people are described in each phase. A difference between a movie production and web series is also described. A detailed description of a web series filming process is described in existing state. The theoretical part also covers project beginnings, problems that people in charge of the project were faced with, how these problems were solved and consequences of aforementioned problems. The practical part describes program tools needed for development of software solutions. A database corresponding to planned software solution was developed and basic web-based application framework was depicted with a wire diagram. A graphic processing tool was used to prepare a web-based application prototype that solves problems described in this master’s thesis. Each part of the prototype was described and all acquired data were used in the project. The last part of the paper includes assessment of effects, conditions for implementation of application and possibilities for further development of application.
