Abstract:
V diplomskem delu raziskujemo vzroke za neuspešnost preteklih pobud vključevanja vidikov managementa kakovost v mikro in mala podjetja. Namen diplomskega dela je predstaviti najučinkovitejši način implementacije managementa kakovosti in stalnega izboljševanja kakovosti v manjša podjetja. Ključni cilj diplomskega dela se navezuje na identifikacijo razsežnosti področja kakovosti v mikro podjetjih ter analizo dejavnikov uspešnosti vpeljave vidikov kakovosti v mikro podjetje. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela. V prvem delu diplomska naloga zajema teoretična izhodišča pojma kakovosti, sistema managementa kakovosti in managementa celovite kakovosti − TQM. V povezavi z navedenim želimo jasno predstaviti in opredeliti najbolj pomembna načela in elemente sistema managementa kakovosti ter na splošno predstaviti temeljne značilnosti managementa celovite kakovosti − TQM. V aplikativnem delu smo z analizo samoocenitve, ki je osnovana na rezultatih, ki smo jih pridobili iz podjetja Jet Commerce, d. o. o., ugotovili, kje se nahajajo največje težave v delovanju podjetja in kako jih lahko odpravimo. Predstaviti želimo tudi metode oziroma tehnike, s katerimi lahko najbolj ustrezno implementiramo management kakovosti v mikro in mala podjetja ter posledično izboljšamo kakovost celotnega poslovanja podjetja.

Title:
Integration of quality management aspects in micro and small enterprises
Abstract:
In the diploma paper, we investigate the reasons for the failure of past initiatives to integrate quality management aspects into micro and small businesses. The purpose of this diploma paper is to present the most efficient way of implementing quality management and continuous improvement of quality in smaller companies. The key objective of the thesis is to identify the dimension of quality in micro-enterprises and to analyze the success factors for introducing quality aspects into micro-enterprises. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis covers the theoretical bases of the concept of quality, quality management system and integrated quality management - TQM. In connection with the above, we want to clearly present and define the most important principles and elements of the quality management system, and in general present the basic characteristics of integrated quality management - TQM. In the application part, we have identified, through a self-assessment analysis based on the results obtained from Jet Commerce d.o.o., where the biggest problems in the operation of the company are and how they can be addressed. We also want to present methods or techniques that can best implement quality management in micro and small businesses and, consequently, improve the quality of the entire business of the company.
