Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava tematiko uporabniške izkušnje ERP rešitev. Uporabniška izkušnja se nanaša na človeška čustva in odnos do uporabe določenega izdelka, sistema ali storitve. Vključuje praktične, izkustvene, čustvene, smiselne in dragocene vidike interakcije človek-računalnik. Uporabniška izkušnja se lahko šteje za subjektivno naravo, saj gre za individualno dojemanje in razmišljanje v zvezi s sistemom. ERP rešitve postajajo vse bolj pomembne za delovanje zasebnih in javnih organizacij ter eden najpomembnejših aplikacij med informacijskimi sistemi. Vendar pa sta izbira in uvedba ERP rešitev v organizacije zapletena postopka, saj rešitev vsakodnevno uporablja več različnih vrst uporabnikov. Pri izbiri ERP rešitve mora organizacija upoštevati tudi značilnosti informacijskih sistemov, ki prispevajo k dobri uporabniški izkušnji uporabnikov. Na dobro uporabniško izkušnjo vpliva delovanje informacijskega sistema, stopnja težavnosti uporabe informacijskega sistema, družbeni vpliv, možnost združljivosti z drugimi rešitvami, stroški programske opreme in varnost. Pri izbiri ERP rešitve je pomembno, da je ERP rešitev prilagodljiva procesom podjetja, privlačna, jasna, učinkovita in zanesljiva. Podjetja se v zadnjih časih večinoma odločajo za nakup ERP rešitev v oblaku, saj nudijo mnogo možnosti za izboljšanje učinkovitosti poslovanja. ERP rešitve v oblaku ne zahtevajo zapletene strojne opreme in nastavitev, ampak so prilagodljive in dostopne preko spletnega brskalnika iz raznih naprav. Na podlagi standardnega vprašalnika za ocenjevanje uporabniške izkušnje User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) smo na vzorcu stotih uporabnikov ERP rešitve v oblaku PRO.4 ocenili uporabniško izkušnjo rešitve.

Title:User experience of cloud erp solution pro.4 pro-bit d.o.o.
Abstract:The master's thesis deals with the theme of the user experience of comprehensive information systems. User Experience (UX) refers to the human feelings in relation to a particular product, system, or service. It includes practical, experiential, emotional, meaningful, and valuable aspects of human-computer interaction. The user experience can be considered as a subjective nature, as it is an individual perception in the thinking of the system. ERP solutions are becoming increasingly important for the operation of private and public organizations and one of the most important applications among information systems. However, selecting and implementing ERP solutions in organizations is a complex process as the solution is used by several different types of users on a daily basis. When choosing an ERP solution, an organization must also consider the features of information systems that contribute to a good user experience. Good user experience is influenced by the functioning of the information system, the degree of difficulty of using the information system, social impact, the possibility of compatibility with other solutions, the cost of software and security. When choosing an ERP solution, it is important that the ERP solution is adaptable to the company's processes, attractive, clear, efficient and reliable. Today, companies are opting for cloud-based ERP solutions, as they offer many opportunities to improve business performance. Cloud ERP solutions do not require complex hardware or settings, but are flexible and accessible via a web browser from a variety of devices. Using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) questionnaire based on the standard questionnaire for evaluating user experience, we evaluated user experience of ERP solution PRO.4. Questionnaire was sent to 100 users.
