Abstract:V diplomskem delu so prikazani proizvodni procesi, ki so potrebni za izdelavo steklenih fasadnih elementov za objekt Westgate Tower B. Proizvodni procesi so razdeljeni v dve proizvodni enoti podjetja Reflex, d. o. o., Gornja Radgona. V predstavitvi proizvodne enote Mele so predstavljeni proizvodni procesi, potrebni za izdelavo steklenih izolacijskih panelov. V proizvodni enoti Poljčane so predstavljeni proizvodni procesi izdelave nosilne konstrukcije fasadnih elementov in izdelave sider za montažo elementov na objekt. Predstavljeni so tudi standardi, ki se navezujejo na proizvodne procese pri proizvodnji steklenih izdelkov, namenjenih uporabi v gradbeništvu. Prikazana je tudi vgradnja steklenih fasadnih elementov na objekt v Splitu.

Title:Production processes and quality control of the manufacturing of glass elements for the facade of the Westgate Tower B
Abstract:The thesis shows the production processes required for the manufacturing of glass elements fort he facade of the Westgate Tower B. Production processes are devided in two manufacturing units of Reflex, d. o. o., Gornja Radgona. The presentation of manufacturing unit Mele presents the production processes required for manufacture of glass insulation panels. The manufacturing unit Poljčane presents the production processes for manufacture of construction for glass facade elements and manufature of anchors for mounting the elements on building. Standards relating to manufacturing glass products for intended use in buildings are also presented. It also shows the installation of glass facade elements on the buiding itself in Split.
