Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi smo najprej predstavili nogometno igro in kako poteka. V uvodu smo se nato osredotočili na nogometnega vratarja, njegovo sedanjo vlogo v nogometni igri in kako se sta se ta vloga in načini branjenja spreminjala. Predstavili smo tudi sodobni model vratarja in kakšne sposobnosti, lastnosti in značilnosti naj bi tak vratar imel. V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili nogometnim trenerjem, kako naj bi potekal trenažni proces treniranja nogometnih vratarjev. Raziskali smo, katere motorične sposobnosti so najpomembnejše za uspeh branjenja v nogometu. Prikazali smo program vadbe v letnem ciklusu in po posameznih obdobjih. Predstavili smo pomen in primer, kako bi naj izgledala tehnična, taktična, kondicijska, psihološka in teoretična priprava v vsakem obdobju. Prikzali smo tudi primer mikrocikla v posameznih obdobjih, da bodo trenerji dobili boljšo predstavo, kako poteka celostna priprava nogometnega vratarja.

Title:
Senior team football goalkeeper preparation
Abstract:
In the diploma thesis, we first presented the football game and how it is played. In the introductory part we focused on a football goalkeeper. We presented his role in the modern football game, how this role had changed through history and how goalkeeping styles have evolved in the recent years. In the diploma thesis we presented to football coaches, how the training process of goalkeepers should look like. We made a research on which motor skills are the most important for successful shot stopping in football. We presented a training program in a yearly cycle and also through each of individual stages of preperation in football. We showed the meaning and an example of how tehnical, tactical, fitness, psychological and theoretical preperation should look like in each stage of the season. An example had been shown on how a microcycle should look in each stage in the season, for coaches to gain better knoweledge on how a complete preperation of a goalkeeper should look like.
