Title:Razvoj mobilne aplikacije za objavljanje lokacije odpadkov : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Negativen vpliv človeka na okolje postaja vedno večji globalni problem. V okviru te diplomske naloge smo zato razvili mobilno aplikacijo, ki uporabniku s pomočjo zemljevida olajša iskanje in kartiranje območij s smetmi. Poleg določanja položaja nelegalnega smetišča lahko uporabnik zabeleži tudi lastna opažanja in označi območje kot počiščeno. Aplikacija samodejno vodi statistiko dnevnih in tedenskih doprinosov posameznikov ter lestvico najbolj dejavnih uporabnikov. Aplikacija uporablja trinivojsko arhitekturo, ki je sestavljena iz aplikacijskega, strežniškega in podatkovnega nivoja. Slednjega sestavljajo realno-časovna podatkovna baza, shramba in sistem avtorizacije ter avtentifikacije. V realno-časovni podatkovni bazi se shranjujejo podatki o območjih smeti in o uporabnikih. V shrambi fotografije območij smeti sistem avtentifikacije skrbi za uporabnike. Do podatkov dostopamo preko aplikacijskih vmesnikov. Uporabnikova seja se vodi na mobilni napravi. Aplikacijo in njeno obnašanje smo preizkusili na več mobilnih napravah. Uspešno je prestala tudi testiranje stabilnosti.

Title:Implementation of mobile application for publishing waste location
Abstract:Humanity’s negative impact on the environment is an increasingly global problem. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of a mobile application which uses an interactive map to help the user find and map waste areas. Besides determining the position of illegal dumping areas, the users can also describe their observations and mark the area as clean. The app automatically runs daily and weekly stats of individual contributions and provides a leader board with the most active users. The app uses a three-level architecture that consists of an application, a server, and a database. The latter is made of a real-time database, storage, and an authentication system. The real-time database stores the waste area’s and user’s information. The storage contains image files and the authentication system handles the users. The data can be accessed through user interfaces, while the user’s session is managed on a mobile device. We tested the app and its behavior on multiple mobile devices. It also successfully underwent stability testing.
