Abstract:
Geodetska dela so pri projektiranju in gradnji objektov ključnega pomena, še posebej zato, ker so prisotna v vseh fazah od nakupa zemljišča pa do pridobitve uporabnega dovoljenja ob zaključku gradnje. V zaključnem delu je na začetku na splošno predstavljena nova zakonodaja s področja graditve. V osrednjem delu projektne naloge so podrobneje opisani vsebina projekta za pridobitev gradbenega dovoljenja stanovanjske hiše in vsa geodetska dela, ki so potrebna pred, med in po zaključku projekta.

Title:
Building permit and geodetic works for the construction of residential house
Abstract:
Key ingredient of planning and construction of facilities is geodesy work, especially because it is present in all phases from land purchase to obtaining an operating permit. This project assignment firstly contains general introduction to building laws and regulations. Main part of the assignment is a detailed description of acquiring building permit for a house and all pertaining geodesy work before, between and after completion of the project.
