Abstract:
Magistrska naloga obravnava planiranje gradnje salona pohištva Lesdom s pomočjo 4D in 5D informacijskega modeliranja. V prvem delu magistrskega dela smo opisali teoretične osnove za lažje razumevanje informacijskega modeliranja in predstavili programsko opremo, ki smo jo uporabljali pri izdelavi magistrskega dela. Osrednji del predstavlja izdelavo 3D, 4D in 5D informacijskega modela salona pohištva Lesdom. 3D informacijski model smo izdelali v programu Autodesk Revit, izvedbo 4D in 5D informacijskega modela pa Trimble Vico Office Office. V zaključku magistrskega dela smo predstavili rezultate, ki vsebujejo terminski plan projekta in stroške povezane z gradnjo objekta. Ugotovili smo, da se lahko z informacijskim modeliranjem hitreje in lažje odpravljajo morebitne napake ter vnašajo spremembe, ki se avtomatsko odražajo v vseh informacijskih modelih. Zaključimo lahko, da je informacijsko modeliranje zmogljivo in učinkovito orodje za vodenje gradbenih projektov.

Title:
Construction scheduling for Lesdom furniture salon supported by 4D in 5D information modeling
Abstract:
This master’s thesis present construction scheduling for Lesdom furniture salon supported by 4D and 5D information modeling. In the first part of the master's thesis, we described theoretical basics for easier understanding of information modeling and presented the software that we used in the master's work. The main part is the production of 3D, 4D and 5D information model furniture salon Lesdom. The 3D information model was created in the Autodesk Revit program, and the implementation of the 4D and 5D information model by Trimble Vico Office Office. At the end of the master's thesis, we presented the results that include the project's timetable and the costs associated with the construction of the building. We have found that information modeling can quickly and easily eliminate possible errors and introduce changes that are automatically reflected in all information models. It can be concluded that information modeling is a powerful and effective tool for managing construction projects.
