Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je prikazana ena izmed možnosti energetske sanacije starejše hiše. Gre za hišo, zgrajeno leta 1964, ki je brez ustrezne toplotne izolacije, zaradi česar so prisotne velike toplotne izgube skozi ovoj stavbe, kar pomeni višjo potrebo po toploti za ogrevanje. Predlagana je primerna izboljšava toplotne zaščite ovoja stavbe in menjava stavbnega pohištva. S predlaganimi ukrepi sanacije se energetska učinkovitost hiše izboljša, tako da je v skladu z zahtevami, kot jih podaja Pravilnik o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah. Za sanirano hišo je izdelana energetska izkaznica, ki potrjuje ustrezno energetsko učinkovitost.

Title:
Energy renovation of an older house
Abstract:
The diploma thesis demonstrates one of the possibilities of energy renovation of an older house. It is a house built in 1964, without a proper thermal insulation. As a result, high heat losses through the building envelope are present, which means a higher heat demand for heating the building. Appropriate improvement of the thermal protection of the building envelope and replacement of building furniture is proposed. The proposed renovation improves the energy performance of the house so that it complies with the requirements set by PURES. An energy performance certificate has been produced for the renovated house, which confirms a proper energy efficiency.
