Abstract:Ravnanje posameznika ali množice - skupine v varnostno občutljivih situacijah je običajno težko predvideti. Ker smo ljudje vajeni določenih vzorcev, po katerih se vedemo v nam poznanih situacijah, je naše vedenje v novi, še posebej v varnostno občutljivi situaciji z negotovim epilogom, ki od nas zahteva hitro ukrepanje, težko predvidljiva tako z vidika dinamike posameznika kot tudi skupine. Diplomsko delo je namenjeno povzemanju nekaj teoretičnih konceptov, ki so bili oblikovani skozi čas, in predstavitvi rezultatov lastnega raziskovanja izbrane teme z udeležbo na večjem varnostno občutljivem dogodku, kjer smo opazovali vedenje množic in posameznikov zunaj in znotraj le-teh. Spoznali smo, da se vedenje posameznikov v veliki meri spreminja glede na to, ali so prisotni v skupini s skupnim ali podobnim interesom oz. se nahajajo izven nje. Spoznali smo tudi, da ljudje, kadar neko dejavnost (npr. navijanje) izvajajo v skupini oz. množici, kažejo določene vedenjske vzorce, ki jih sicer ne bi, če bi se nahajali izven skupine. Če sklepamo iz videnega, nam skupina lahko ponudi varnost, moč, samozavest ipd., če smo individualno zavest pripravljeni podrediti kolektivni zavesti.

Title:Group dynamics in security-sensitive situations
Abstract:The behavior of an individual or a crowd - group in security-sensitive situations is usually difficult to predict. As people are used to certain patterns that we know of in situations familiar to us, our behavior in a new, especially in a security-sensitive situation with an uncertain epilogue that requires us to act quickly, is difficult to predict in terms of individual and group dynamics. The diploma matter is intended to summarize some theoretical concepts, that have been formed over time, and to present the results of our own research on a selected topic by attending a major security-sensitive event, where we observed the behavior of masses and individuals outside and inside them. We have learned that the behavior of individuals varies greatly depending on whether they are present in a group with a common or similar interest or are located outside it. We have also learned that when an activity (such as cheerleading) is performed by a group or a crowd, people show certain behavioral patterns that they otherwise would not perform, if they were outside the group. From what we see, the group can offer us security, power, self-confidence, etc., if we are willing to subordinate individual consciousness to collective consciousness.
