Abstract:
Naša naloga je bila optimizirati varjenje stebra žerjava v podjetju Palfinger d.o.o. Izvedli smo porušne in neporušne preiskave in določiti pomembne lastnosti materiala – natezno trdnost, napetost tečenja, žilavost… Določili smo potrebno temperaturo predgrevanja, ki znaša 140,23 °C. Z zamenjavo plamenskega predgrevanja z induktivnim smo opazno zmanjšali čas celotnega postopka. Z optimizacijo postavitve delovnega mesta smo dosegli enostavnejšo napeljavo za induktivno napravo in možnost rabe ene naprave za dve delovni liniji. Ugotovili smo, da bi z zamenjavo robotske celice s celico s šestimi osmi in dvema eksternima osema, kar bi omogočalo postavitev vseh varov v PA položaj varjenja, dosegli kvalitetnejše zvare in krajše čase poobdelave ter popravil.

Title:
Optimization of stapling and welding of crane column
Abstract:
Our task was to optimize the welding of the crane column at Palfinger d.o.o. Destructive and non-destructive tests were carried out and important material properties were determined - tensile strength, toughness… The required pre-heating temperature was determined to be 140.23 ° C. By replacing the flame preheater with the inductive one, we noticeably reduced the time of the whole process. By optimizing the layout of the workplace, we have achieved a simpler installation for the inductive device and the possibility of using one device for two work lines. We found that replacing the robot cell with a cell with six axes and two external axes, which would allow the placement of all welds in the PA welding position, would achieve better welds and shorter times for repairs.
