Title:Eksperimentalna analiza termičnih razmer v avtomobilskih žarometih : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena postavitev merilnega območja ter analiza izvedenih meritev temperaturnega polja halogenske in LED avtomobilske meglenke. Meritve so bile izvedene s termoelementi tipa J, katere smo prilepili na LED meglenko in halogensko meglenko. Meglenko smo obesili na stojalo, katero je bilo skonstruirano in izdelano v sklopu diplomske naloge. Pri hlajenju meglenke na stojalu, lahko predpostavimo, da poteka hlajenje ohišja z naravno konvekcijo, kar nam poenostavi določitev robnih pogojev v primeru izvedbe numerične simulacije. Ob ustaljenih temperaturnih razmerah, pri priključitvi meglenk na nazivno napetost, smo meglenki posneli z termokamero, s katero je razvidno temperaturno polje. Rezultate meritev s termoelementi smo obdelali ter prikazali z grafi in jih primerjali med seboj.

Title:Experimental analysis of thermal conditions in automotive headlights
Abstract:In this thesis we will discuss the layout of the experimental area and the analysis of the performed measurements of the temperature field of halogen and LED car fog lights. Measurements were made with type J thermocouples, which were attached to the LED fog lamp and halogen fog lamp. Lamp was hung on a stand that was designed and manufactured as part of the thesis. When cooling the fog lamp on a stand, it can be assumed that the case is cooled by natural convection, which makes it easier for us to determine the boundary conditions in the case of numerical simulation. Under steady-state conditions, when the fog lamps were connected to the rated voltage, the fog lamps were recorded with a thermocamera, which shows the temperature field. The results of thermocouple measurements were processed and plotted and compared with one another.
