Abstract:V delu diplomskega projekta obravnavamo gibanje bruto domačega proizvoda Slovenije in Švice v primerjavi z uspešnostjo bank v Sloveniji in Švici.

Title:Connections between prosperity of banks with gross domestic products of Slovenia and Switzerland
Abstract:This diploma paper deals with the movement of gross domestic product of Slovenia and Switzerland respectively in comparison with Slovenian and Swiss banks' performance. Firstly, we define the concept of gross domestic product, how it is drawn up and factors that influence its movement. Later we present the movement of GDP for both countries between 2017 and 2018. Furthermore we present indicators with which we estimated the performance of the banks in Slovenia and Switzerland. We calculated four indicators and showed their movement with graphs. In the case of Slovenia we have mentioned some reasons for indicators' movements. In the following chapter with the Pearson coefficient of correlation we calculated the power of correlation between GDP and an individual calculated indicator and for each indicator we created a graph and the same graph showing the movement of GDP and an individual indicator. In conclusion we presented our findings and gave suggestions which could extend our resaerch and give more accurate data.
