Title:Izboljšanje komuniciranja med managerji in podrejenimi v organizacijah

Abstract:V današnjem svetu, ko se večina stvari vrti okrog hitrega in pogosto nenatančnega komuniciranja, lahko prihaja do veliko omejitev in problemov, ki nastajajo v komuniciranju. Ker komuniciranje v organizacijah poteka več kot polovico delovnega časa, je zelo pomembno, da je komunikacija natančna in pravilna, da se ne začnejo pojavljati problemi. Vendar zaradi boljših tehnologij, ki smo jih deležni, ter zaradi pomanjkanja osebnega stika v organizacijah, prihaja do motenj v samem komuniciranju. Zato bomo v diplomski nalogi poskusili izraziti največje probleme, ki se lahko pojavljajo organizacijah. Problemi, ki se največkrat pojavljajo v organizacijah, so: problem izgube informacij pri komuniciranju med nadrejenimi in podrejeni, problem slabega poslušanja podrejenih ali nadrejenih, problem zadrževanja informacij, problem interpretiranja informacij, komunikacija preko preveč prenašalcev besedila Prvi med problemi je izguba informacij, ki jo lahko najpreprosteje rešimo že z boljšim osebnim stikom ali pa z napisanim sporočilom, ki ga posredujemo. Naslednji med problemi je slabo poslušanje podrejenih ali nadrejenih, kar lahko rešimo z rednimi sestanki; ker pa je poslušanje ena od osebnih kompetenc, lahko zaposlene pošljemo tudi na delavnice/izobraževanja, kjer lahko te kompetence izboljšajo. Pri problemu zadrževanja informacij smo ugotovili, da ta nastaja predvsem zaradi nezaupanja med nadrejenimi in podrejenimi. Ta problem je možno rešiti s sestanki, kjer se informacije morajo izmenjati, ali pa s teambuildingi, na katerih se zaposleni med seboj povežejo in si začnejo bolj zaupati, kar pa pripomore tudi k boljši klimi v podjetju. Problem interpretiranja informacij je stvar posameznika, zato je možno to rešiti le na osebni ravni. Najučinkovitejša metoda so teambuildingi, kjer spoznajo svoje sodelavce in nadrejene na bolj osebni ravni. Zadnji med problemi, na katerega smo poiskali rešitev, je bil problem komunikacije preko več prenašalcev besedila. Rešitev tega problema je najenostavnejša, saj bi za pravočasen in pravilen prenos informacij bilo potrebno, da se le-te prenesejo direktno od sporočevalca do prejemnika informacije in si tako zagotovimo, da med potjo ne pride do popačenja besedila.

Title:Improve communication managers and subordinates in organizations
Abstract:In today's world, when most of the things about the rapid and often non-precision communication, there may be up to a lot of constraints, and the problems that arise in communication. Since communication in an organization takes more than half of their working hours, it is very important that communication is clear and accurate, that it does not arise problems. However, due to the improvement of the technologies, which we are subjected, and because of the lack of personal contact in an organization comes down to a disruption in the communication. So we're going in a graduate the task of try to express this the greatest of the problems that can occur organizations. The problems that most frequently occur in organizations are the following: the problem of the loss of information in the communication between superiors and subordinated to the problem of poor listening to the child or the parent, the problem of the retention of the information, the problem of the interpretation information, the communication by too many messengers the text of the First among these problems is the loss of information, which can be conveniently solved with a better personal contact, or by written communication, that you want to convey. Next, among the problems of the poor listen to the child or to the parent, which can be solved by means of regular meetings, however, listen to one of their personal competence, however, may be employed we may also send to the workshop/training, which you can use this competence to improve. On the issue of retention of information, we have found that it is produced above all due to the mistrust between superiors and subordinates. This problem can be resolved with a meeting, where the information is to be shared, or you can team buildings, which are employed with each other to come together and you begin to be more trusting, but also contribute to a better climate in the company. The Problem interpretation of the information is a matter of the individual, and, therefore, it is possible to solve only on a personal level. To be a more effective method to have a team buildings, where you learn about your co-workers and superiors on a more personal level. The last among the issues on which we seek the solution of the problem was communication via multiple messengers of the text. The solution to this problem is the simplest, as it would make for a timely and correct transposition of the information it needed to make the transfer directly from the communicator to the recipient of the information, and to make sure that the path will not cause a distortion of the text.
