Title:Prihodnost in inovacije celovitih informacijskih rešitev

Abstract:Za trajnost in nadaljno rast mora podjetje skrbeti za vse interesne skupine, ki so vključene v poslovne procese; tako za zaposlene kot tudi za lastnike in okolje. V ta namen mora podjetje oblikovati ERP sistem, ki zbira podatke in jih nato naredi dostopne vsem interesnim skupinam hkrati. Ob tem je potrebno poslovne procese tako organizirati, da uporabljajo ti procesi ERP sistem, zasnovan za učinkovito delovanje in izboljševanje splošne učinkovitosti podjetja. V sklopu magistrskega dela bomo predstavili novosti in inovacije, ki se razvijajo na področju ERP sistemov. Najprej bomo ERP sisteme definirali, potem predstavili zgodovino razvoja in trenutnega stanja na trgu ERP sistemov ter tri najbolj poznane ponudnike: SAP, Microsoft in Oracle. Poudarili bomo trenutne trende in v katero smer gre razvoj ter praktičen primer vključevanja priprave in izobraževanja o ERP sistemih že v času študija. Na kratko si bomo pogledali tudi implementacijo ERP sistema pri malih in srednje velikih podjetjih. Glavne inovacije, opisane in opredeljene v magistrskem delu, pa so: povezava ERP sistemov s socialno programsko opremo, ERP sistemi v Oblaku in v obliki programske opreme kot storitve, kaj je to Dvo-Tirni ERP sistem ter kaj je Blockchain in kako se umešča v prihodnost ERP sistemov.

Title:Future and innovations of enterprise resource planning systems
Abstract:Companies need to take care of all stakeholders involved in business processes in order to facilitate further growth and sustainability: both employees, owners and the environment. For this puprose the company has to design an ERP system that collects data and makes it available to all stakeholders at the same time. To acomplish that, business processes need to be organized in order to use the implemented ERP system effectively and to improve the overall performance of the company. In this Master`s thesis we will look at what innovations are being developed in the field of ERP systems. First, we will describe and define what ERP systems are, how and why they were developed, what is the current state of the ERP market as well as look at the three most well-knowh ERP providers: SAP, Microsoft and Oracle. We will then take a look a the current trends and in what direction the development of ERP systems is going as well as a practical example of how to integrate studying at university with how to effectively use an ERP system. We will briefly look at the implementation of ERP system in small and medium-sized enterprises. The main innovations described and defined in this thesis are: linking ERP systems with social software, Cloud ERP systems and Software as a Service ERP, what is Two-Tier ERP, and what is Blockchain and how it fits into the future of ERP systems.
