Title:Vpliv dodanega citokinina (tidiazurona) na rast in vitrifikacijo pri mikropropagaciji marelice

Abstract:Leta 2018 smo na Fakulteti za kmetijstvo in biosistemske vede v Mariboru ugotavljali vpliv dodanega citokinina (tidiazurona) na vitrifikacijo, rast in razraščanje marelice v tkivni kulturi. V poizkus smo vključili 73 poganjkov marelice. Uporabili smo tri različna gojišča, ki smo jim dodali različne koncentracije citokininov (tidiazurona). Obravnavanje G1 je bilo osnovno gojišče (brez tidiazurona), gojiščema G2 in G3 pa smo dodali tidiazuron v različnih koncentracijah. Ugotovili smo, da je dodani tidiazuron statistično značilno vplival na pojav vitrificiranih rastlin. Na gojišču G3 je bilo največ vitrificiranih poganjkov (83%), prav tako so bili vitrificirani poganjki izraziti pri gojišču G2 (70 %). Pri obravnavanju G1 ni bilo vitrificiranih poganjkov. Glede prirasta mase poganjkov marelice so bile statistično značilne razlike pri 5 % tveganju med obravnavanjema G1 in G2 ter med G1 in G3. Med G2 in G3 pa ni bilo statistično značilnih razlik glede prirasta mase. Pri nastanku novih poganjkov nismo ugotovili statistično značilnih razlik med obravnavanimi tremi gojišči.

Title:The influence of added cytokinin (thidiazuron) on growth and vitrification in apricot micropropagation
Abstract:In the experiment, that was carried out in 2018, at the Faculty of Agriculture and Life Sciences in Maribor the influence of added cytokinin (tidiazuron) on growth and development in apricot micropropagation, and the growth of shoots were determined. 73 apricot shoots were included in the experiment. Three different media were used and different concentrations of cytokinins (tidiazuron) were added. In the treatment of G1, a basic medium was used, and for the treatment of G2 and G3 we added cytokinins in different concentrations. The G3 treatment had the highest concentration of cytokinins. The study showed that the added cytokines have influenced growth and vitrification. The most vitrified shoots were in the G3 medium (82 %) and in the G2 (70 %) medium. The least vitrified shoots occurred in the G1 treatment, where we did not add any cytokinins. Concerning the increase in the weight of apricot shoots, statistically significant differences with a 5% risk between treatment of G1 and G2 can be observed. In addition, there are statistically significant differences between the treatment of G1 and G3. Statistically significant differences do not occur between treatments G2 and G3.
