Title:Vpliv motivacije in zadovoljstva na obseg prodaje trgovskega blaga na bencinskih servisih Petrol d. d. na Koroškem : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Informacijska varnost

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali motivacijo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu na prodajnih mestih bencinskih servisov Petrol d. d na Koroškem. Zanimalo nas je, kako, če sploh, motivacija in zadovoljstvo pri delu vplivata na obseg prodaje trgovskega blaga ‒ delo na blagajni. Diplomsko delo smo začeli s predstavitvijo, kaj motivacija sploh je, podrobneje smo približali zadovoljstvo pri delu, pojem prodaja ter bencinski servis Petrol d. d. skozi čas ter vse do danes. Podatke za raziskovalni del naloge smo pridobili z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki smo ga osebno vročili na bencinske servise Petrol d. d. na Koroškem (Muta, Dravograd, Otiški Vrh, Ravne na Koroškem, Prevalje, Žerjav, Slovenj Gradec ‒ Francetova, Slovenj Gradec ‒ Ronkova jug, Slovenj Gradec ‒ Ronkova sever, Mislinja) in zaposlene ter študente zaprosili za sodelovanje. Z rezultati, pridobljenimi z anketnim vprašalnikom, smo hipoteze diplomske naloge ustrezno potrdili ali zavrnili. Z rezultati smo prišli do zaključka, da sta motivacija in zadovoljstvo pri delu zaposlenih na bencinskih servisih Petrol d. d. zelo pomembna. Spodbujanje motivacije in dober odnos s sodelavci pripomoreta, da zaposleni v službo radi hodijo in delo radi opravljajo. Kot najuspešnejša in najbolj zaželena vrsta motivacije pa so se izkazale denarne nagrade, za katere pa zaposleni menijo, da jih njihovo podjetje že uporablja, s čimer so zelo zadovoljni in tega ne bi želeli spremeniti. Ker pa so zaposleni z delom zadovoljni in zanj ustrezno motivirani, se to odraža tudi pri njihovem delu na blagajni, bolj se potrudijo in posledično tudi več prodajo.

Title:Impact of motivation and satisfaction on volume of sales of merchandise at gas stations Petrol d. d. in Koroška region
Abstract:Diploma thesis deals with motivation and employee satisfaction on gas stations Petrol d. d. in Koroška region. We wanted to know how, if, motivation and satisfaction with work have any impact on volume of sales of merchandise - work at cashier. We started the thesis with a presentation of motivation, gave a closer look to a satisfaction with work, term sale and gas station Petrol d. d. through the time to this day. With a survey questionnaire, we collected data, for the empirical part of the thesis. We personally gave them to the all gas stations Petrol d. d. in Koroška region (Muta, Dravograd, Otiški Vrh, Ravne na Koroškem, Prevalje, Žerjav, Slovenj Gradec - Francetova, Slovenj Gradec -Ronkova jug, Slovenj Gradec - Ronkova sever, Mislinja) and asked for a cooperation both students and employees. With the questionnaire's results we confirmed or denied hypotheses of diploma thesis. We came to a conclusion that motivation and satisfaction with work are very important to the employees on gas stations Petrol d. d. Encouraging motivation and a good relationship with co-workers have a big impact, whether employees like going to their job and do their work. The most desirable and succesful type of motivation turns out to be money prizes. But employees think, this type of motivation, is already used by their organization, which is fine by them and want nothing to change. Because employees are satisfied with their job and are given proper motivation, that shows on their wotk at the cashies, they try harder and sell more.
