Abstract:Magistrsko delo predstavlja možnosti optimizacije proizvodnje z uporabo simulacijskih paketov Simio in Autodesk Factory Design. V začetnih poglavjih so podane teoretične osnove obravnavane problematike. Jedro naloge predstavlja uporaba diskretnih simulacij. Optimizirali smo popolnoma avtomatizirano proizvodno linijo, kjer smo glede na podatke, ki smo jih dobili v podjetju, izdelali simulacijski model proizvodnega procesa na liniji. S simulacijskim modelom smo nato eksperimentirali po različnih scenarijih in jih primerjali z referenčnim scenarijem. Dobili smo rezultate, ki podjetju podajajo informacije, kako lahko izboljšajo produktivnost, kje so ozka grla, kakšna je zasedenost strojev in naprav. Posebnost naloge je uporaba virtualne resničnosti. S tem želimo prikazati, da lahko navidezno resničnost uporabimo tudi za optimizacijo proizvodnje.

Title:Use of Simio and Autodesk Factory Design Software for Optimization of Production Using Virtual Reality
Abstract:The master's theses represents the possibility of optimizing production using Simio simulation packages and Autodesk Factory Design. In the initial chapters the theoretical bases of the discussed problem are given. The core of the task is the use of discrete simulations. We optimized a fully automated production line, where, according to the data obtained in the company, we developed a simulation model of the production process in the production line. The simulation model was then experimented on different scenarios and compared with the reference scenario. We have obtained results that give the company information, how they can improve productivity, where bottlenecks are, how much the occupancy of machines and devices is. The specialty of the task is the use of virtual reality. In this way, we want to show that virtual reality can also be used to optimize production.
