Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je izdelana analizo energetske sanacije stanovanjske hiše za različne ukrepe. Opisano je obstoječe stanje stavbe, njenega ovoja, pogojev bivanja, oken in ogrevalnega sistema. Preračunane so tudi toplotne izgube stavbe pred prenovo in po njej. Na podlagi toplotnih izgub je dimenzioniran nov uplinjevalni kotel na drva in njemu pripadajoč zalogovnik toplote. Izdelana je tudi primerjava izvajanja dveh ali treh hkratnih ukrepov v zvezi z višino nepovratnih finančnih spodbud.

Title:
Energy renovation of the residential building built in 1932
Abstract:
In the thesis the energy renovation analysis for the residential building is made. The existing building condition, heat protection, living conditions, windows and heating system is described. Heat loses are calculated before and after renovation. The new wood boiler and heat storage are dimensioned by the new heat lose calculation results. At the end there is also a comparison of the procedures made in regard of financial resources.
