Title:Vienna convention on the law of treaties
Abstract:The Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties is a fundamental treaty on international law on treaties between states on an international level. It was adopted on May 23, 1969, and by August 2018 it was ratified by 116 countries, and some recognized its parts. As a basic legal source of international law, it is often subject to comments, reviews and scientific articles. They perform key or complementary support tasks, in particular in the development of law and the creation of primary resources, by combining and comparing different interpretations, thus forming a discussion of the subject text and allowing it to be harmonized. Reviewing and comparing summaries of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties confirm that secondary sources perform the key function of placing the primary source in the broader legal, social, political, historical and development context and bear a high synthetic and analytical value that ensures more efficient use of the resource in the legal practice and focused development of law.
