Abstract:
Spodbujanje investicij je teženje k izboljšavi trenutnega stanja podjetništva, trga dela in izboljšanju blaginje državljanov, hkrati pa tudi poenostaviti postopke za lažje in hitrejše spremembe v prihodnje tudi s pomočjo digitalne tehnologije, kar pa posledično vpliva tudi na okoljske probleme in posredno tudi na mnoga druga področja, kot je zdravstvo, turizem, skladni okoljski razvoj, višjo stopnjo integriranosti z drugimi državami, manjšo diskriminacijo posameznikov glede na državno pripadnost, višje zaupanje v oblast in njene organe itd. Glede na tempo spreminjanja razmer in vpliva globalizacije zahtevajo ukrepi nenehno dopolnjevanje in spremembe politike, tako da so zajeti predpisi lahko sčasoma predmet sprememb, katere je dolgoročno težje predvidet, saj je ravno naloga države, da se odzove na vsakokratne potrebe, možno pa je ugotoviti katera pot je najbolj smiselna.

Title:
Encouraging investments in the public administration
Abstract:
Encouraging investments is striving for improvement of current state of entrepreneurship, labour market and bettering the welfare of citizens, and at the same time simplifying processes for more accessible and faster changes in the future with the help of digital technology, what consequently influences on environmental problems and indirectly also on many other areas as health, tourism, coherent environmental development, higher level of integration with other countries, lower discrimination rate of individuals in relation to nationality and higher trust in authority and its bodies etc. Because of the pace of the situation changing and influence of globalisation measures require constant changes and complementarity of politics, certain regulations can be a subject of change, which is difficult to foresee, because of that it is exactly a task of the state to respond on the needs, however it is possible to see the direction which makes the most sense.
