Abstract:
Pravna ureditev izvedbe projekta izgradnje Vodnega parka Radlje ob Dravi je glavna nit diplomskega dela. Tematika se mi zdi zanimiva, ker je kopalno jezero prvo takšne vrste v Sloveniji. Sam nastanek oziroma izgradnja ima še večji pomen, ker je projekt sofinanciran s pomočjo skladov Evropske unije, natančneje Evropskega sklada za regionalni razvoj. Zdi se mi pomembno, da se državljani Slovenije zavedamo pomena vključenosti v Evropsko unijo, da vemo kakšne so naše pravice in dolžnosti in da razumemo kaj in kako je potrebno, da se takšen relativno velik projekt realizira. Projekt kopalno jezero je projekt s katerim želi občina Radlje ob Dravi doseči večjo konkurenčnost, želi biti inovativna in ponuditi nov, turistom privlačen turistični produkt. Projekt predstavlja ključni del diplomskega dela. Ugotavljam, da je Projekt Kopalno jezero privlačen, tako za turiste, kot tudi domačine. Kopalno jezero skupaj s pomoli ob reki Dravi, ribnikom Reš, kamp hiškami in gostinskim lokalom zaokroža celostno podobo lokacije. Lastnica Vodnega parka Radlje ob Dravi ostaja občina Radlje ob Dravi, ker pa le-ta ne želi opravljati tržne dejavnosti, prepušča upravljanje Vodnega parka Radlje ob Dravi in ostalo ponudbo v povezavi z Vodnim parkom najemojemalcu.

Legal regulation of the construction of Vodni park Radlje ob Dravi
Abstract:
Legal regulation of the construction of Vodni park Radlje ob Dravi is the main topic of the bachelor's thesis. I find the topic interesting because the bathing lake is the first such in Slovenia. The emergence or the construction is even more significant because the project is part-financed by means of the European Union funds, the European Regional Development Fund, to be exact. It seems important that the citizens of Slovenia realize the importance of integration to the European Union, that we know what our rights and obligations are, and that we understand what and how is necessary that such a relatively big project is realized. The Project Bathing Lake is the project by which Radlje ob Dravi Municipality wishes to be innovative and offer a new attractive tourist product to the tourists. The project represents the essential part of the bachelor’s thesis. I find that the Project Bathing Lake is attractive for the tourists and for the locals as well. The bathing lake, the pier of the river Drava, Reš pond, camping houses, and a restaurant complete the integrated image of the location. The owner of the Vodni park Radlje ob Dravi remains the Radlje ob Dravi Municipality. However, it does not wish to perform a market activity. Therefore, the management of the Vodni park Radlje ob Dravi and the remaining offer in connection with the water park is left to the lessee
