Abstract:Naslov diplomskega dela je Sodelovanje svetovalnih delavcev z vzgojitelji in njihovimi pomočniki. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. Teoretični del je zasnovan na obsežni strokovni literaturi, ki zajema področje svetovalnega dela v vrtcu in osnovni šoli. Raziskovalni del temelji na hipotezah, ki so oblikovale anketni vprašalnik. Bistvo celotnega diplomskega dela je ugotoviti, ali hipoteze držijo ali ne. Vse hipoteze smo lahko le delno potrdili, saj nismo opazili statističnih značilnih razlik. Pri rezultatih smo opazili majhne razlike, vendar jih nismo posplošili na celotno populacijo. Prišli smo do ugotovitve, da svetovalni delavci v Sloveniji zelo dobro sodelujejo z vzgojitelji in njihovimi pomočniki ter da svetovalni delavci v večini brez posebnih težav sodelujejo z njimi. Raziskava, ki smo jo opravili, nas je pripeljala do ugotovitve, da je svetovalno delo izredno pomembno in koristno za izobraževalno ustanovo in vse njene podsisteme. Svetovalni delavci so pomemben sestavni del vrtca oz. šole. Vplivajo na življenje in potek dela celotnega vrtca oz. šole. Sodelujejo z različnimi podsistemi oz. udeleženci vrtca oz. šole, med njimi tudi z vzgojitelji in njihovimi pomočniki. Vsi morajo biti odprti, se dopolnjevati in si ne smejo zapirati poti pri sodelovanju, le tako bodo lahko optimalno delovali v dobro vrtca oz. šole. Vrtec oz. šola je tisti del izobraževanja otroka, ki predstavlja varno, udobno in otroku prijazno okolje za učenje. Za zagotavljanje le-tega pa je potrebno, da vsi udeleženci vrtca oz. šole sodelujejo, si pomagajo ter poslušajo.

Title:Cooperation of Advisory Workers With Educators and Their Assistants
Abstract:The title of the diploma thesis is Cooperation of Advisory Workers With Educators and Their Assistants. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part is based on extensive literature, which covers the field of advisory work in kindergarten and elementary school. The research part is based on the hypotheses that formed the questionnaire. The main aim of the thesis is to determine whether the hypotheses are true or not. We could only partially confirm all the hypotheses, as no statistically significant differences were noticed. We recognized small differences in the results, but we did not generalize them for the whole population. We came to the conclusion that advisory workers in Slovenia work very well with educators and their assistants, and that in most cases, they work with them without any special problems. The research we carried out led us to the conclusion that advisory work is extremely important and useful for the educational institution and all its subsystems. Advisory workers are an important component of the kindergarten or school. They influence on the life and workflow of the entire kindergarten or school. They cooperate with different subsystems or participants of the kindergarten or school, including teachers and their assistants. They all must be open, complementary, and they must not close their paths when cooperating; only in that way they will be able to work optimally for the benefit of the kindergarten or school. The kindergarten or school is that part of the education of the child, which represents a safe, comfortable and child-friendly learning environment. In order to ensure this, it is necessary that all participants in the kindergarten or school cooperate, help each other and listen.
