Abstract:
Namen zaključnega projekta je numerična analiza vrtinčnih tokov v kovinskih delih skoznjih izolatorjev. Analiza je izvedena na osnovi metod končnih elementov v programskem orodju EleFAnT3D. Osredotočili smo se na kovinsko mrežico, ki je sestavni del večine skoznjih izolatorjev in služi za razporeditev potencialov ter polja v notranjosti in v okolici izolatorja. Na osnovi analize vrtinčnih tokov smo v teh kovinskih delih izračunali izgubno moč, kar bi nadalje omogočalo analizo joulskih izgub in segrevanja skoznjega izolatorja. Opravljene so primerjave rezultatov med različnimi debelinami kovinske mrežice, različnimi razmerji med zračno režo ter kovinskim materialom in različnimi vrednostmi električnega toka skozi vodnike.

Title:
Analysis of eddy currents in metal parts of bushing insulators
Abstract:
The purpose of the project is the numerical analysis of eddy currents occurant in the metal portions of bushing insulators. The analysis is based on the finite element method and was performed in the EleFAnT 3D program, with which the measurements were performed. The main focus of the research were the metal meshes, which are a component of the majority of bushing insulators and serve to allocate the electrical potential inside and in the surroundings of the insulator. The results of the analysis were then used to calculate the dissipation of power within the metal components, which would further allow the analysis and calculation of Joul – losses and heating of the bushing insulator. A results comparison was performed between various thicknesses of metal meshes, different air slot ratios and metal materials as well as between various intensities of electrical current through conductors.
