Abstract:V okviru diplomskega dela smo si zastavili cilj, da zasnujemo in izdelamo prototipni sistem za vizualno komisioniranje. Ta bo s pomočjo aplikacije na računalniku, izdelane v programu LabVIEW in krmiljenega prikaza na LCD zaslonih, razvitega v programskem okolju Arduino, omogočal lažjo in hitrejšo implementacijo delavcev v proces komisioniranja in sestavljanja kompleksnejših objektov. Sistem bo samostojna enota v obliki konstrukcijske mize, ki bo mobilna in hkrati dovolj stabilna, da omogoča mirno in enostavno sestavljanje.

Title:Development and implementation of a prototype for » pick-to-light« order picking system
Abstract:In the framework of the diploma thesis we set a goal of designing and constructing a prototype system for visual ordering fulfillment, which will, through application made in LabVIEW on computer, control microcontrollers which use algorithm, developed in Arduino programming software, to display visual representation accordingly. This system will help with easier and faster implementation of workers into a process of order fulfillment jobs and will also guide its users through assembly of complex objects. The system will come as a stand-alone construction table, it will be mobile and at the same time stable enough to allow easy assembly.
