Abstract:
Tema magistrske naloge se osredotoča na področje družbene odgovornosti v transportnih podjetjih v Sloveniji. Analizirali bomo transportna podjetja v vsaki od regij. Na začetku se bomo posvetili raziskovanju teoretičnega dela družbene odgovornosti in njene vpetosti v samih podjetjih. Kasneje bo predstavljena analiza proučevanih intervjujev, kateri so bili zasnovani na osnovi Zelenega dokumenta, ki je bil spisan kot pravilna usmeritev k odgovornemu ravnanju podjetij. Nato smo s pomočjo analize rezultatov ugotavljali, ali so podjetja družbeno odgovorna, na kakšen način so odgovorna, čemu namenjajo največ pozornosti in ali menijo, da družbena odgovornost prinaša konkurenčnost. Ugotavljali bomo, ali prinaša družbena odgovornost večjo motivacijo in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in ali transportnim podjetjem prinaša večjo konkurenčnost in prepoznavnost.

Title:
Analysis of corporate social responsibility in transport companies in slovenia
Abstract:
The topic of the master's thesis focuses on the field of social responsibility in transport companies in Slovenia. We will analyse transportation companies in each of the regions. At the beginning we will focus on researching the theoretical part of social responsibility and its involvement in the companies themselves. Subsequently, an analysis will be presented of the examined interviews, which were based on the Green Document that was cited as the correct orientation towards responsible behaviour of companies. Then, through the analysis of the results we determined whether the companies are socially responsible, how they are responsible, what they pay the most attention to, and whether they believe that social responsibility brings competitiveness. We will investigate whether social responsibility brings greater motivation and employee satisfaction, and whether it brings more competitiveness and visibility to transport companies.
