Title:Analiza zavarovalniških goljufij v pomurju : diplomsko delo visokošolskega študijskega programa Varnost in policijsko delo

Abstract:Zavarovalniške goljufije so pereč problem današnje družbe tako v Sloveniji kot tudi drugod po svetu. Zaradi finančne krize naraščajo tudi prej omenjena kazniva dejanja. Cilj vsakega goljufa je namreč dobiček, saj bi vsak na nepošten in hiter način zaslužil denar ter si s tem pridobil veliko premoženjsko korist, kar pa za zavarovalnice in njihove zavarovance predstavlja veliko škodo. Zavarovalniške goljufije predstavljajo sivo polje kriminalitete, zato jih zelo težko odkrivamo, preiskujemo in tudi dokazujemo. V analizi diplomske naloge smo na podlagi statistike Policijske uprave Murska Sobota, intervjujev in anket ugotovili, da se v Pomurju zavarovalniške goljufije z leti zmanjšujejo. Največ je avtomobilskih zavarovalniških goljufij, ki jih povzročajo osebe moškega spola, ki imajo visoko izobrazbo in si želijo pridobiti denar. Na podlagi naših rezultatov bi predlagali, da bi se zavarovalnice še bolj povezovale s policijo in drugimi pravosodnimi organi ter da bi imeli skupna izobraževanja in usposabljanja, ki bi pripomogla k še večjemu upadu zavarovalniških goljufij v regiji. Predlagamo tudi, da bi zavarovalnice bolj poostrile zavarovalne pogoje ter se še bolj posvetile škodnim primerom.

Title:Analysis of insurance fraud in pomurje
Abstract:Insurance frauds are a critical problem of today's society both in Slovenia and elsewhere around the world. Because of the financial crisis, the aforementioned crimes are also increasing. The goal of every fraud is to make a profit, because everyone would like to earn money in a dishonest and fast manner, thereby gaining large proceeds, which causes great damage to insurance companies and their insurants. Insurance frauds are a gray field of crime, so it is very difficult to discover, investigate and prove them. In the analysis of the diploma thesis, based on the statistics of the Murska Sobota Police Headquarters, interviews and surveys, we have established that in Pomurje, insurance frauds decrease over the years. Most common are automobile insurance frauds caused by men who have a high level of education and want to earn money. On the basis of our results, we would suggest that insurance companies should more closely integrate with the police and other judicial authorities and share common education and training with each other, which would contribute to an even greater decline in insurance frauds in the region. We also suggest that insurance companies should tighten their insurance conditions and pay even greater attention to the damage cases.
