Title:Cena dela v Republiki Sloveniji

Abstract:V prispevku so obravnavane posamezne legalne oblike dela: pogodba o zaposlitvi, pogodba o delu, avtorska pogodba in študentsko delo. Predstavljena je pravna ureditev posameznih vrst pogodb, v nadaljevanju pa so prikazana izplačila po navedenih pogodbah ter obremenitve z dajatvami (davki in prispevki). Na podlagi izplačil in obremenitev z dajatvami je izračunan izdatek delodajalca za plačo po pogodbi o zaposlitvi in plačil za delo po drugih pogodbah ter napotnici za študenta, prav tako pa je izračunan prejemek delavca za plačo, za plačilo izvajalca del oziroma avtorja ter plačilo za delo študenta. Prispevek odgovarja na vprašanje, kakšna je cena dela po posamezni pravni podlagi, pri tem pa opozarja na dejstvo, da je poleg denarnega treba upoštevati tudi druge vidike.

Title:The price of work in the Republic of Slovenia
Abstract:The article discusses certain legitimate forms of work: contract of employment, contract for work, copyright contract and student work. It presents legal regulation of each of the contract forms and payments according to these contracts and fiscal burdens (taxes and contributions). On the basis of the payments and fiscal burdens the expense for the employer is calculated as regards wage under the employment contract and payments for work on the basis of other forms of contract and student work; the authors also calculated the income of the worker for the purposes of wage, for payment of the work performer, author and student respectively. The article's aim is to answer the question, what is the labour cost depending on the specific legal bases and to emphasise that besides the financial also other aspects must be considered.
