Abstract:
Diplomski projekt z naslovom »Vloga in pomen komuniciranja v procesu vodenja«, je nastal z namenom analiziranja vloge in pomena vodenja v okviru bodrilnega in avtoritativnega stila vodenja ter delegiranja. Projekt je v celoti sestavljen iz teoretičnega vidika in obsega opredelitev vodenja ter komuniciranja, pri čemer smo se v sklopu vodenja osredotočili na izbrane stile vodenja ter lastnosti vodij glede na posamezen stil, v sklopu komuniciranja pa na načine komuniciranja, pomembnost reševanja konfliktov in vpliv komuniciranja na uspešno vodenje.

Title:
The role and importance of communication in leadership
Abstract:
The thesys project entitled "The role and importance of communication in the governance process" was created with the aim of analyzing the role and importance of management in the framework of the curricular and authoritative style of leadership and delegation. The project consists entirely of a theoretical point of view and the scope of the definition of management and communication, whereby in the context of management we focused on selected leadership modes and the characteristics of leaders in relation to a particular style, in the context of communication, communication modes, the importance of resolving conflicts and the effects of communication on successful management.
