Title:Mobilna aplikacija za naročanje pacientov

Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: V današnji dobi si življenja in dela brez informacijskih tehnologij ne znamo predstavljati. Vse bolj nas spremljajo mobilne naprave in njihov razvoj. Pametne telefone uporabljamo tako v zasebnem kot v poslovnem življenju, saj nam omogočajo hiter dostop do velike količine informacij, neposredno komunikacijo ter olajšajo delo z različnimi aplikacijami. Namen magistrskega dela je bil izdelati prototip aplikacije za naročanje pacientov za mobilne aplikacije. Raziskovalne metode: Pri pisanju magistrskega dela smo uporabili deskriptivno metodo dela, uporabili smo tudi strukturirani intervju, ki je vseboval 5 vprašanj. Z njim smo pridobili kvalitativne podatke, ki smo jih nato na podlagi SWOT-analize obdelali ter jih uporabili pri izdelavi prototipa mobilne aplikacije za naročanje pacientov. Prototip smo izdelali s pomočjo programskega orodja Just in mind. Rezultati: V raziskavi so intervjuvanci podali podatke o tem, da je pomembna funkcija v aplikaciji za naročanja pacientov razdeljena na tri vrste naročanja, da nas aplikacija vodi skozi potek naročanja, da je vidna drugim v timu ter podatke o izgledu aplikacije. Diskusija in zaključek: V raziskavi smo pridobili podatke o prednostih, slabostih, tveganjih in priložnostih že obstoječe mobilne aplikacije, ki smo jih uporabili pri izdelavi novejše in uporabnejše mobilne aplikacije za naročanje pacientov. Pomemben podatek je bil, da ima aplikacija funkcijo naročanja pacientov razdeljeno na tri vrste naročanja, kar smo uporabili pri izdelavi prototipa. Ostalo je še nekaj odprtih idej, ki so se porodila med raziskavo, in sicer, da bi lahko v mobilno aplikacijo vključili še avtomatsko obveščanje pacientov.

Title:Mobile application for patient appointment scheduling
Abstract:Theoretical background: Nowadays, we can't imagine world without technology, it helps us at work and entertains us in our free time. One of the most popular devices are smartphones, they provide us with quick access to large amount of information, direct communication and a lot of different applications. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to create a prototype of mobile application for patients scheduling. Methodology: We created structured interview with 5 questions to get relevant data for our work. We used that data for preparation of a SWOT analysis and in process of creating a prototype. Prototype was created with JustInMind tool. Results: We used SWOT analysis and some good practices from an existing approach to patient scheduling, to create a prototype and demonstrate the functionality and benefits of a newer patient scheduling application. Conclusion: In this study we obtained results on advantages, disadvantages, risks and opportunities of existing scheduling procedure, to create better and more useful mobile application for patient schedulings. An important point for creating a mobile application for patient scheduling is that the application has quick access to calendar and it is user friendly.
