Abstract:
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo tematiko družbene odgovornosti podjetja. Najprej definiramo osnovni pojem družbene odgovornosti podjetja. Teoretičnim spoznanjem nudimo nadgradnjo s študijo primera, treh podjetij. Nadalje proučujemo družbeno odgovornost podjetja z vidika prava in jo primerjamo med podjetji, s katero želimo ugotoviti katero podjetje je bolj družbeno odgovorno in katero manj. Pri študiji primera se posvetimo podjetjem OKP, d. o. o., Snaga, d. o. o. in Remondis. Opišemo vsako podjetje, predstavimo ključne osebe v vsakem podjetju ter opišemo družbeno odgovornost. Poskušamo ugotoviti, katero podjetje je bolj družbeno odgovorno in katero manj. Zanima nas tudi, ali so odnosi med sodelavci, ki sodelujejo v podjetju ključnega pomena, za uspešno poslovanje podjetja

Title:
Comparative legal aspect of social responsibility in public corporations
Abstract:
The seminar project deals with the topi cof corporate social responsibility. First, we define the basic concept of corporate social responsibility. By theoretical knowledge we offer an upgrade with a case study of three companies. Furthermore, we look at corporate social responsibility from the perspective of law and compare it between companies with which we want to determine which company is more socially responsible and which less. In the case study we focus on OKP, d. o. o., Snaga, d. o. o. and Remondis. We describe each company, present key persons in each company, and describe social responsibility. We are trying to determine which company is more socially responsible and which is less. We also want to know if the relationships between employees involved in the company are of key importance fort he successful operation of the company
