V empiričnem delu magistrske naloge smo raziskali ozaveščenost ljudi o medgeneracijskih programih in nasploh o medgeneracijskemu učenju in izobraževanju.

Title:Modern knowledge society and intergenerational cooperation
Abstract:Learning and education have become a fundamental part of today's age as well, so there are many organizations and programs that offer education to different age groups. Lately, there is a lot of talk about intergenerational education, after all, the length of service is prolonged, and different generations must be tolerant and in step with time. There are more and more elderly people who are close to retirement or are missing for several years until their retirement. For this generation of people, work at work is already quite stressful, because the action is very fast and hectic. In addition, more and more information technology and foreign languages are used, which are not as easy for everyone. In intergenerational centers, therefore, they carry out various workshops and activities for different generations of people. Learning English and Computer Workshops are already a constant, which is implemented on a monthly basis. The master's thesis consists of two parts. In the introductory part, we presented theoretically the intergenerational education and learning and described the differences between the generations. We presented some intergenerational centers and universities for the third life cycle. In the empirical part of the master's thesis, we wanted to explore the awareness of people about intergenerational programs and in general about intergenerational learning and education. We were interested in what are the main motives for integration into intergenerational programs and how important the experience of the elderly is on the labor market.
