Title:Recikliranje odpadnih voda zdravilne termalne vode, z uporabo različnih kolon steklenih smol

Abstract:Zdravilna termalna voda je voda, ki ji v današnjih časih po svetu vsi posvečamo veliko pozornost. Pomembna je njena zdravilna uporaba, a po uporabi se pojavijo problemi velike količine nečistoč v njej, zato smo je bil namen diplomskega dela preučiti onesnaženost odpadnih termalnih voda iz kopališkega kompleksa Zalakaros na Madžarskem in kot metodo prečiščenja vode smo uporabili steklene kolone različnih velikosti. Eksperimente smo izvajali z uporabo obstoječih steklenih smol in njihovo različno površino, na način dodatka steklene smole različnih oblik v stekleno kolono. Pred samo obdelavo vode s steklenimi smolami, smo vodo še dodatno obdelali z oksidacijskim postopkom, imenovanim kavitacija. Med laboratorijskimi poskusi smo opazovali spremembe termalne vode, nastanek končnih produktov, količino reciklirane vode. Na koncu smo določili in izmerili kemijsko – fizikalne parametre ter mikrobiološke parametre. Rezultati so pokazali, da bi steklene filtre lahko uporabili za prečiščenje odpadne termalne vode, saj res zagotavljajo večjo čistost in kakovost vode glede na merjene parametre, ko smo stekleni filter primerjali z aktivnim ogljem. Tudi aktivno oglje je dalo pozitivne rezultate, a stekleni filter je res odstranili večje količine trdnih snovi, saj so pH vrednosti, prevodnost in kemijska potreba po kisiku pokazali boljše rezultate kot pri aktivnem oglju. Mikrobiološki parametri pa so po prečiščenju pokazali dobre rezultate, kar lahko sklepamo, da lahko oba materiala v prihodnosti nadomestita peščene filtre.

Title:Recycle of medicinal thermal water effluent using different surface modified glass resin columns
Abstract:Thermal water is the water that we all pay great attention to today in the world. Its therapeutic use is important, but after the application there are problems with a large quantity of impurities in it. The purpose of the diploma work was to study the pollution of waste thermal waters from the Zalakaros bathing complex in Hungary and glass columns of different sizes were used as a method of water purification. Experiments were carried out using existing glass resins and their different surfaces, by adding a glass resin of different shapes to the glass column. Before the treatment of water with glass resins, water was further treated with an oxidation process called cavitation. During laboratory experiments, we observed changes in thermal water, the formation of final products, the amount of recycled water. Finally, we determined and measured the chemical - physical parameters and microbiological parameters. The results showed that glass filters could be used to purify wastewater thermal water because they really provide greater purity and water quality with respect to the measured parameters when the glass filter was compared with activated carbon. The activated carbon also gave positive results, and the glass filter really removed a large amount of solids because the pH, conductivity and chemical oxygen demand showed better results than with activated carbon. Microbiological parameters have shown good results after purification, which can be assumed that both materials in the future can replace sand filters.
